Before appearing in Halloween Resurrection, Billy Kay appeared on the long running soap opera Guiding Light and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Billy also starred in films such as Time Share and The Newcomers.
Since appearing in Halloween Resurrection, Billy has appeared on Blue Bloods, Charmed, CSI: Miami, NYPD Blue and appeared with Shia LaBeouf and Amy Smart in The Battle of Shaker Heights.
