O’Brien made her feature film debut in 1992 playing Ivy in Gas, Food Lodging and has since made appearances in both TV and Film such as The Nanny, Charmed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Being John Malkovich.
She is also featured on the cover of Alice in Chains’ Multi-Platinum selling album Dirt.
