Before being cast as Charlie in Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, Troy already had an impressive resume appearing in hit TV shows like Lou Grant, Mama’s Family, Hill Street Blues and Cheers.
He is perhaps best known for his role as Desk Clerk Francis “Frank” Martin in the hit television drama series ER and as Sgt. Pepper in China Beach. Over the years Troy has also appeared in numerous films such as Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, My Blue Heaven, Under Siege, Teen Wolf, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Black Dahlia, Demolition Man, The Frighteners to name a few.
Troy is still very active in Hollywood appearing in TV and film and can be currently seen in Amazon’s Bosch.
